Hi All,
I have a Lake Shore 366 temperature controller, and I want to use it to take about 100 resistance measurements in 2-3 seconds, then download the data and plot it. Can the 366 do this? I have been trying to use an oscilloscope for this, but it's kind of a pain, and it would be easier if I could use the Lake Shore 366 for it. The 366 unit is working fine, and it's doing a 4-wire measurement on a resistor. I just need to be able to take maybe 100 samples in a few seconds and then download the data.

Well, never mind, I found the solution. There is a program that does this called the Chart Recorder, and it works pretty well.
