We are client from Hong Kong.
Our machine was purchased and received on May 2017
After sent the gauss meter 425 to HUA NAN CALIBRATION LIMITED for calibration. The accuracy was unacceptable. It is about 3-4% error.
When using the 2504-VR probe, the reading of zero seem not stable and keep have some reading.
We have further verify the result by using MRA-312-2K (2kG magnet) and found the value is 3 % less than actual.
When replace the probe with our old 2502-VR probe (Machine stated incompatible but still can have reading) the reading seem correct and the zero was steady.
Pls advise is there any setting missing. (Already set zero and have try for setting the probe field on and off )
Pls advise how to sent back whole set of gauss meter and probe for repair or replacement.

Will the freight charged by Lakeshore?
