Hi all,
I was using one of your Pt-102 sensors to monitor the temperature (in air) in a polymer swelling experiment. Since I plan on doing similar experiments in solution, I was wondering if there is a way to equip my sensor with some sort of protective housing as used in your temperature probes. Is there an easy way to equip the sensor with a steel case or something, or do I need an extra probe for the measurements in solution?
Best regards, Matt

Yes, any of our platinum sensors can be installed in the temperature probes we offer. If you plan to make your own probe, you would need to ensure that the sensor is fixed in place and makes good thermal contact with the probe body. You can find more information on the temperature probes we offer at: www.lakeshore.com/products/Temperature-Probes/Pages/Overview.aspx
