Hi, I have a model 218 temp monitor and I'm sensing a cooper plate at room temperaqture with four DT-60 sensors with standard curves and two Cernox sensors with curves from sensor curves files downloaded from lakeshore web page. So, the issue is I'm sensing the same cooper plate and DT60 sensors have almost the same temperature between them but there is a difference of 13 degrees with Cernox sensors. My question is, why is this happening? Is this a normal behavior? how can I fix it?. Thank you

Dear Mauricio,
This may be caused by several things. Please email send us an email to support@lakeshore.com with the following information, that will help us troubleshoot: 1. Please provide what each sensor is reading so I can see how they all can compare 2. Confirm that you've setup the two diode inputs for a DT-670 and that you've assigned the DT-670 curve to both of them. 3. What are the serial and model numbers of all devices? 4. Do you have a two or 4-lead wiring setup on your sensors?
Thank you, Ogi K.
