Hi
We will be using the HGT-2101 sensor for cryogenic purposes. Would you be able to provide any data on how the hall voltage will vary with temperature in the range 2-300K? Also is there any idea on how small current can be applied to get a measurable hall voltage?
Thank you

The HGT-2101 sensor is not designed for operation at Cryogenic temperatures and will most likely break physically. It's rated operating temperature is -40C to 75C.
For cryogenic operation, you need to look at a HGCT-3020 sensor.
