I am communicating with a Lakeshore 350 from a LabVIEW app. Among other things, I am using the HTR command to get the heater output. The response to the HTR command gives the heater output with a precision of 0.1 whereas the instrument front panel gives the heater output with a precision of 0.01. Is there a way to get the heater output with full precision (0.01) using the HTR command (or some other command)?
