Hello,
I Want to setup a model 211 Temperature Controller to connected to a CX-1030-SD sensor. After I select the option "ntcrtd" and press "enter" I get the message "nonE" in the display and can't select any curve after that. When I press "enter" again I get the error message "Err 09" No curve selected for the input. I uploaded the curve for this particular sensor in the 211 with the Curve Handler software.
Can anyone help me with this?

Is your Cernox 1030 sensor calibrated or was it purchased uncalibrated? If the sensor is uncalibrated, you will either need to create your own calibration curve or send it to us for calibration. Since Cernox sensors do not have a standard curve such as diode and platinum sensors, you will need to load the sensor's curve into the Model 211 using a serial interface and our curve handler software. Then you will be able to select the curve for the sensor and configure the 211 properly.
