We have purchased a 372 AC resistance bridge in 2019. Recently we have noticed issues with the LED lights on the unit, one of them is not working and a few of them are fading away. This is a bit annoying while using the instrument. Please let us know how to fix this issue.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Model 372 AC Resistance Bridge. In order to resolve the issue, the Model 372 will need to be returned to the factory for a repair. Please contact our support department at support@lakeshore.com and provide your full contact information along with the serial number of the Model 372 so we can assist you with the return for a repair. Since you purchased the Bridge in 2019, the repair will be performed under warranty once we validate the serial number.
