Hi all.
I have been having an issue trying to launch the chart recorder bundle. I suspect it is an issue with Java? When trying to troubleshoot, I do not see the application listed under the "temporary internet files" section. Has anyone else run into something similar?
Windows 10 64bit Java 8 (301)

Also, as a follow up, is the chart recorder a Java applet or a web start app? I did recently hear that Google Chrome no longer supports NPAPI
