Hello,

I have a few general questions for our existing CRX-4K probe station.

1. We are trying to test IC under cryogenic temperature. I am wondering is there any direct DC feedthrough within vacuum chamber that I could use besides the DC probe arms?

2. I understand that CS-5 calibration substrate is used in the demo, but can we use any commercial ceramic calibration substrate for mmWave probes? For example, AC-2 calibration substrate.
