Hi,
We have a Lakeshore CRX-VF connected to the model 336 temperature controller. However, recently, the temperature sensor for input A showed a T.OVER reading. We read that this happens when the temperature goes beyond the range possible measured by the sensor. However, the stage is currently set at room temperature so there must be something wrong with the sensor setup.
Is there a way to troubleshoot and identify which part of the setup is causing the issue? We are using diode based temperature sensor GaAlAs which I think is one of the sensors that Lakeshore provides.
