What units are the Time data in for the Excel log files?

The time stamp in the Excel report is in milliseconds from the start. No actual time stamp is saved.
For example, if you have the Sample Period set to 5000mS, in theory, the first entry would be zero, the second would be 5000, third is 10000. In reality, an example I looked at the second was 5013 and the third was 10013 which is the actual time from the time you press the start button or clicked OK to the log message you will receive if you do not enter a new log file name.
