Hi,
I try to use curve handler to add the calibration of a cernox thermometer in the 336 but despite an active USB connection (well recognized by the computer), the program does not recognize the connection ... I cannot enter the corresponding COM port because the box always remains white and it is impossible to put the port number!
I can load the curve in curve handler but I can't write it in controller because it doesn't connect.
The Remote/Local button has no effect on the connection. in both cases the program displays "Not connected"!
Can anyone help me?
