We are currently unable to use any of our newer (USB) Lakeshore controllers with new computers because the USB drivers are not compatible with the latest version of MacOS. I imagine the switch to ARM architecture is complicating things, but it's been a year and a half now and this is becoming a serious problem for us. Is there a beta version of a compatible driver available that we could try while we wait for an official update?

Our USB Interface is a Silicon Labs cp210x device and the drivers on our web site are modified versions of an older SiLabs drivers which I understand do not work with newer machines.

I recently was working with another customer and I suggested they check the Silicon Labs site for a newer driver and they informed me that they were successful in getting their MacOS Catalina computer working with our instrument using the driver found here:

I have also been informed by Stephen who posted this question that the driver reverenced above also works with his MacOS 12 Monterey system,
