Hi again, we have a model 336 with the firmware 2.9, which I think provides 5 TCP simultaneous connections The web interface of the device, even after rebooting, shows:
Number of available TCP socket connections 1/5
which I assume means only one connection available from a max of 5
Could be they be increased somehow up to 5? how?
Thanks, S.

If you power cycle the controller, does the number of available sockets increase?
If you only see 1 available and then after a power cycle that number increases, that means one or more applications accessing the 336 is not properly closing the socket.
At this time, the 336 does not have the ability to detect an unused socket connection so it will remain active until manually closed via a power cycle or factory default reset

Thanks for your replay,
I power cycle it from the web interface ('Ethernet configuration-> submit') and indeed it looks like rebooting. I ensure that no application is connected but still I get this 15/ available sockets
Edit: You are right, my application was not closing properly the connection. Problem fixed now S.
