Hi I am trying to load a calibration curve onto my Lakeshore 330 temperature controller. When I turn it on it says "Er01" and in the manual it says to consult the factory to fix. How do I fix this?
Thanks

ER1 is indicating that the NOVRAM in the Model 330 has failed completely. or some other problem exists in the processor circuit that is causing it not to work
Most Model 330's were equipped with a DALLAS DS1225Y-150 NOVRAM in location U12 where the calibration curves and temporary configuration files were stored. The main issue is that this component is obsolete and is no longer be available. You can search for a DS1225AD-150 or -200 NOVRAM and replace the defective device if you are successful. Once replaced you can reset the 330 by pressing the Escape and Units keys in for about 20 seconds until all of the LED's on the front panel light up to initialize the device.
If this does not work, you will need to consider purchasing a new controller as we no longer offer repair service for the Model 330.
