Hello again....one other question about the output RANGE settings. The output for "output 1" (at 1A max and 100% manual out) is:
* 0.104A @ 2.9V for LOW range setting (0.302 Watts)
* 0.325A @ 9.19V for the MED setting. (2.99 Watts)
* The MAX setting output is 1.0A (...as expected for 1A max setting).
The load is a ~29.38 ohm heater, by the way.
The question has to do with the RANGE settings according to the manual. It states "the Med range provides (maximum power)/10 and the Low range provides
(maximum power)/100".
If I'm calling for 100% output, should the output be 5 Watts for the MED setting ( (1A x 50V)/10 .... or in this case (0.412A x 12.12V @ 29.38ohms) )?
I just want to be sure how to interpret the specifications. I'm not able to make sense of the "10" (MED range) and "100" (LOW range) divisor. Thanks
