Heater wire broke at the heater. One is actually missing now on the black epoxy.  |

Please provide additional information regarding what this device is. Is it from a system you have purchased from Lake Shore or Janis Research? If yes, please provide the model and serial number of the system so we can research the information.

Ahh yes sorry should have thought about that. I believe this is a Janis probe. Label on the probe: SAMPLE HEATER & TEMP SENSOR S/N 21814
EXPERIMENTAL WIRING
I have a manual from Janis Research Co. INC.
serial number: 21814

The heater is a wire wound heater so we can provide the instructions and a kit of parts if you have the ability to perform the work yourself. Do you want me to send you the information?
