There is error shown "Heater short circuit at output 1 and output 2".
Heater resistance of cryostat is fine (25 ohm) . How to solve this heater short circuit issue. It looks like it's inside the temperature controller. Please help.

If the error comes on immediately after turning ion the heater, it is most likely an issue in the controller circuit which will require it be returned to the factory for a repair.
If the error appears after the heater starts to warm up the system that is indicating that there is a thermal short occurring in the system.
I recommend you contact the Lake Shore support team by sending an email to support@lakeshore.com. Provide the serial number of the Model 336 and a description of when the error appears. With this information we will be able to tell you what the options are to resolve the issue.
