Dear experts.

I want to design a flexible long strip containing silicon diodes for cryogenic level measurements. These sensors sen temperatures and will tell the level of LN2 inside 3 meter long tank.
Can anyone guide which type of sensors, make and model, will required and available in what forum? My temperature range is from -200 degree centigrade to ambient.
