I found in the manual that I can use Visual basic to control VSM instruments through OLE COMMANDS. However, I cannot find OLEMgr.bas in the software installation directory. Where can I find it?

For your Model 7300 VSM, the Technical Support is discontinued.
If you would like to control the VSM with a 3rd party software (not Lake Shore's IDEAS VSM) you can look in the IDEAS VSM help file for the GPIB IEEE 488 commands.
