Hello, my name is Jeongho Park, a student at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology. I am writing to inquire about the settings of the Lakeshore 335 temperature controller. Situation: I suspect that the temperature is not changing as per the settings made on the temperature controller. Additionally, the settings for channels A and B are not functioning properly. Detailed situation: Initially, I was using channel 1 with proper settings. However, after adjusting some settings, the display now shows "T.OVER" on channel A, while channel B has disappeared. Desired state: I would like to set the temperature to 300K. I have attached a brief description of the situation along with an image of the current state. i) The manual does not provide specific explanations about the functions of each button on the device. If you have materials that could help me understand, sharing them would be greatly appreciated. ii) can you tell me some advice to tackle this issue? ** my email address: jhp00983@gm.gist.ac.kr

With the input set for a 2.5V Silicon Diode with the DT-670 curve, the T. Over error indicates that the voltage being measured by the controller is lower than 0.09V. If you did not make any physical changes and only changed the configuration settings, you may have selected the wrong input type. Do you know what sensor you have connected to Input A? If not, it will be difficult to resolve the issue.
To restore the display to show both inputs A & B, press the Display Setup button and select the appropriate display you wish to use. I suggest you select Two Input - Loop A which will show the temperature for both sensors and the control settings for Output 1.
I suggest you contact Applied Science Korea who is the Lake Shore representative for Korea. One of their engineers may be able to assist you with the correct setup of your Model 335.
