Hi, our lab has a dt-670c-cu sensor on a model 336 temperature controller. And we try to use it. And we tested it on outside, But the temperature controller shows that it has 321K, but ambient temperature should be close to 293K. So what could be the problem? Is possible that one of wires broken? Because the wires is very thin. Thanks.

Hello Wang,
Please make sure you have the input temperature curve set to the DT-670 curve and not the DT-470 curve. This would create the 25 degree difference you are seeing.
If the curve is set correctly, please let me know the serial number of the sensor so I can investigate the issue in more detail.
