Lakeshore Chart Recorder & Instrument Communication Utility software are not available to download for offline Computer. I have Industrial work station but it is not connected to Internet. How can I get these software for my PC?

Hi Jaymeen.
I'm not the right person to answer this, but have you tried downloading the chart recorder and instrument utility to a thumb drive, and then connecting that to your work station?
Lake Shore is closed for the holiday, but I will be sure to have an appropriate response for you when we return to the office on Tuesday.
